Transportation - BadgerCare Plus Standard Plan Members

Bus or taxi rides to get care are arranged by Medical Transportation Management (MTM). If you need a ride, you may call MTM at 1-888-409-6878. Members with hearing or speech loss may call the MTM TTY line at 1-800-947-3529.

Special Medical Vehicle – BadgerCare Plus Standard Plan Members

CommunityConnect covers transportation by special vehicle for those in wheelchairs. We also may cover this service for others if your doctor asks for it. If you need this service, call Medical Transportation Management (MTM) at 1-888-409-6878. Members with hearing or speech loss may call the MTM TTY line at 1-800-947-3529.

Transportation – BadgerCare Plus Benchmark Plan Members

Non-emergency transportation is not a covered benefit.
